How to add a custom token to Trust Wallet
If delivery is confirmed but the balance is hidden, verify the network before adding the token manually.

Select the receiving network
Choose the exact network shown in the order. BNB Smart Chain, Solana and Ethereum have separate token records and balances.
Use the product contract
Copy the contract or mint from the selected product information. Never share a seed phrase or private key to add a token.
Verify the transaction
Open the transaction hash in the correct network explorer and compare the recipient and token identifier with the order.
